Video editing acts as another form of creative storytelling for me. Through all of my videos I seek to capture the most human parts of all of us, the narratives we all hold within ourselves. Each one invokes a specific tone and narrative thru-line.

The Self-Care Trailblazers Group

As part of my role at Population Services International, I have led the coalition’s social media presence and content-creation strategy. From organizational videos to man-on-the-street interviews with government officials and activists, video has brought a new life to complex global health policies.

The 12 Days of UHC Campaign focused on self-care policy interventions at the global, national and local level to help achieve Universal Health Coverage.

Immigrant Stories

Throughout my years working on immigration policy issues, both professionally and academically, I have found short-form video to be a poweful storytelling tool for highlight the diverse and robust stories of immigrant communities, including my own story as a Venezuelan ex-pat.

The T Pledge.

As a Communications Fellow on the Setti Warren for Governor Campaign, I had the privilege of telling stories from Massachusetts’s diverse communities. This video captures the stories of constituents as they navigate a broken transportation system.

The Caucuses.

Caucuses are a hallmark of local democracy. Constituents come together in their communities to select delegates for the state convention and show their support for local candidates. Throughout my time with the Setti Warren Campaign I attended several caucuses throughout the state and had the opportunity to capture what community and local democracy means to the residents of Massachusetts.
